Introduction to Photography
-- Present by award-winning photographers Vinny Colucci and Melissa Southern
Vinny will speak about the 4 keys to great photographs, highlighting the important components that make a photograph special and intriguing.
Melissa will talk about different ways to incorporate the 4 keys into your own photography. it covers composition, design, and light modification.
This seminar is developed for everyone, regardless of how much experience you have in photography. People on all levels should be able to learn something that they can head out and use right away. There will be question and answer on all topics. We hope you can come.
Vinny Colucci is an award-winning photographer from New Bern. He leads photographic seminars all over North Carolina and most recently his work was featured on the cover of "Nature Photographer" magazine. He has photographed North Carolina from the coast to the mountains, to the Everglades and westward into Arizona. Vinny is an avid outdoorsman and a member of Nikon's Professional Services and Wimberley Professional Services.
Melissa Southern is an award-winning photographer and presenter, Melissa is a member of Nikon Professional Services, Carolina Nature Photographers Association, and Professional Photographers of America. Melissa has photographs in the Guide to the National Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian Institution, various product magazines, and several other publications.
