CAFA Event Registration form

CAFA, Cary CS, RACL, CSCH, China Star, CAST-NC and UNC FACSS have joined together to make Beijing Olympics bumper stickers
and distribute them free. We plan to have the stickers available on April 19 or April 26 in three Chinese schools and on April 27 during CAFA Spring Picnic.

Limited quantity will be available. Please register below to receive your free bumper stickers. Please limit 2 per household without donation.
Individual donations are welcome to help cover the cost of these stickers. We will give a higher priority in sticker distribution to those who give donation.
